Keith Dickson

CO-FOUNDER/ MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Dickson founded Fox River Partners in 1993 and is responsible for the firm’s investment activities. Prior to founding Fox River Partners he was the founder of Greenwich Financial Resources, a quantitative trading company using artificial intelligence to predict the movements of futures markets that was purchased by Joe Ritchie in 1993. Dickson & Ritchie founded Fox River Partners after the two developed a thesis to start trading distressed real estate using securities trading techniques.

Mr. Dickson sourced, managed or co-managed all 56 of the firm’s real estate investments, as well as advised Mr. Ritchie’s private equity investments & trading businesses. Mr. Dickson has taken a broad, opportunistic investment approach, finding success in office, multifamily, residential land, hotel, commercial land, environmental mitigation, water rights & mineral rights. Mr. Dickson was a founding partner & advisor at Bluewater Systems, which created $325 million in shareholder value over the firms 19-year life.

Mr. Dickson holds a Bachelor of Journalism for the University of Florida where he was a 16 time All-American Swimmer and a member of the US National Team. He founded the Multisport Madness Triathlon Team in 2003, coached the USA Junior Triathlon team at 4 World Championships and the 2010 Youth Olympics; 2 of his former athletes are now US Olympians.

Nolan Dickson

Nolan Dickson is a Partner at Fox River Partners. Nolan focuses his time on portfolio management, investor relations and the sourcing, diligence & execution of new investment opportunities. In conjunction to his experience at Fox River Partners, Mr. Dickson served as a Partner at the Ritchie Family Office where he sourced & managed 4 private equity direct co-investments. He also helps manage the Ritchie Family Office’s existing investments.

Prior to Fox River, Nolan was a sales manager at Sunrun, where he sold residential PPAs door-to-door and managed the training on new sales reps.

Nolan earned a a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Los Angeles, where he competed on the Track & Field team, running 4:05 in the mile. While at UCLA, he started a small e-commerce business earning $120,000 in Net Income on $360,000 revenues.

Noah Ritchie

ADVISOR

Noah Ritchie is an Advisor at Fox River Partners, a position he has held since 2011. Prior to Fox River, Noah was a Managing Director at Fox River Executions, a trading execution provider. By the time of Fox River Execution’s sale to SunGard in 2010, Noah’s clients composed 45% of the firm’s revenues. In 2009, Noah was a founding partner & portfolio manager at SeaRock Partners, a Ritchie Family fund of funds raised to take advantage of distressed debt after the GFC. In 2011, Noah was a founding partner in Dash Financial Technologies, a trading execution provider & fintech unicorn. Noah currently serves as the CEO of Franco Bicycles, a position he has held since 2019.

Prior to Fox River Execution Technologies, Noah was a Sales Associate at Stifel Financial Corp. Noah served in the US Army as a Specialist from 2002-2004 & bicycled from Chicago to Miami, and back in 2000.
